What is the minimum order quantity for plastic products?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 units. Please note that a setup fee applies to all orders below 250 units to cover production and handling. We’re happy to support both small and large-scale orders — if you're unsure about quantities or want to explore your options, our team is happy to support you.
How do you ensure the quality of plastic products for export?
We ensure quality by operating under clearly defined export terms and conditions, and by maintaining full traceability of materials throughout the process. From the moment raw material arrives to the point of dispatch, we supply documented proof to verify the quality and origin of the plastics used.
Do you deliver products?
Yes — we offer two flexible options. We can arrange delivery directly to your site, or you’re welcome to collect your order from our manufacturing facility. Either option should be arranged at the time of placing the order.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Lead times can vary depending on the product type and quantity, but our typical manufacturing turnaround is around 14 days. During busy periods, this may be extended. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us before you place your order— we’ll always do our best to accommodate. In some cases, we may already have stock available for faster dispatch.
